"It is good at making and maintaining successful and stable foster placements. Children and young people, including sibling groups and many with complex needs and/or learning difficulties, have their welfare safeguarded and promoted. Unplanned endings are very rare and much below the national average. As a result, children and young people thrive in safe and stable placements, enjoying relationships that are nurturing and positive."
